More Profit in Less Time – The Wednesday Tip

Fit and healthy people perform better at work. If you want to become more productive and more profitable, ask yourself if you are overweight and eating the wrong sort of food. I am trying to stick to a Japanese diet. By that I don’t mean that I am on a diet, I simply mean that my daily intake of food has to support my objective to live a longer, healthier life.

Do you struggle to reach for stuff at work if it’s high up, or low down? Are you unfit? If you were fit and healthy you would be 20% more efficient at work. Can you imagine that? That’s almost the same thing as doing five days work in the space of four days.

Knowing that their shop floor employees probably have neither the time nor the money to belong to a gym, many Japanese companies start the day at 8.00am with an exercise session! You don’t need to join a gym. I run in Victoria Park twice a week, and I use a cross-trainer at home. What do you do?
