Health and Exercise – The Rewards

I’m the same as you. I go through episodes of healthy eating and exercise, and then I regress and end up taking a couple of steps backwards for every step forward. Lifestyle Saturday
How it works, I don’t know, but we all go through phases of strong self discipline and we are all subjected to episodes of bureaucracy!
